I bet that was a bit wobbly.
Worst one I ever had was both tyres blow on a borrowed trailer ("she'll be fine - I put new tyres on her last year").
Doing 60mph down the M1 towards barnsley, trailer flapping around behind like a kite.

Had a rear one go on my Carlton estate coming off the A1 one night loaded up with 4 **** head mates! Took a bit of weaving to get it to the slip road where I found the disc had rotated slightly on the hub and I could only get 3 of the 5 bolts in....

Lol. Mine (with the trailer) was in a Carlton, as well.
There was also the time that the stub axle snapped (on another trailer) coming back from an auction at Masham - car suddenly slowed down as the trailer suspension arm dug into the tarmac, then an almighty *BANG* as the trailer wheel hit the front wing and bounced into the hard shoulder and thence up the banking.

Elder two sons hired a car in the USA. As they were both under 21 it had to be from one of those 'rent-a-wreck' places. Wheel came off and overtook them in the usual manner. Many sparks but no great drama.
Fun came in the conversation with the hire company.
No-one else had the bottom wishbone tear out of the rotten chassis leg of a Morris Minor and had the entire wheel and hub assembly overtake them?
Just like @dobbslc I picked up a screw in a one week old low profile 20" tyre. Almost still in sight of the home we had just left and 'Hmm feels a bit squirmy, I'll just pull into that bus stop'. Sidewall trashed and new tyre is scrap. Less than one kilometre and under 30mph.
Fortunately, I had a full-sized spare and legal tyre, but still - Grr! At least it wasn't raining and we weren't en route to a wedding or a formal dinner.

Forty two rolls of felt, in that ikkle truck? No wonder it started to object. You need reporting you do! Mechanical abuse that is.
Bought four new tyres on a kwik-fit special offer of buy three, get fourth free, a really good price, for the Lancia over 20 yrs ago. Drove to meet g/f - drove to her place - a funny bang on read offside rear door and that side rear dropped . . . something stuck in the tyre sidewall, rotated round and came out, hitting the door . . . tyre beyond repair . . . less than 6 hrs and 100 miles old . . .
Kwickfit manager did sell me another at 75% of - ie same as the original four. Still annoys me though
