Food industry usually calls for hygienic fully welded joints, this looks like a low risk area, there will be more than enough crevices and bug traps already in the cable trays, if there's a possibility of it being washed down though, it should be fully welded. good job it looks nice and square, easy really isn't it.
A tip for removing the staining caused by the pickling paste, soapy water and green scotchbrite, used in line with the grain will blend it in, or a garryson abrasive block.

I was called today by my college who said he has gone to put the new meters up and i have bowed the 3mm plate on the front
, Its not too bad the meters will still bolt down on it.

The company im at is mostly in the food industry, there really tight on the hygene, all welds need to be complete, bolts on show have to have dome's on the back to stop getting the thread clogged up with crap but it makes no difference, for example, weve just added an extention on a conveyor and its horrible and grimy. one of the dirtiest jobs ive done was shortening one of the counters for skeltons, it was filled with rotted food but it was made better when we took the front off and found about £20 
paid for everyones coffees for a week.
there is one diffinative advantage to working in the food industry, lots of free food, we do loads of jobs for thorntons aswell

I'd prefer to see the box sealed up. You'd be suprised where stuff can find its way into things!
Theres ways of preventing frameworks distorting, clamping bars on the top of the T is one way, another, is wedge a piece the right length between the frames.

Almost impossible not to!
Hitch, those flour-everywhere-pics totally make me squirm. I used to work at Kelloggs once upon a time, and their big constant scare was flour led burn-ups - we got plenty stories of fireballs wandering round the factory, consuming dust.
