Following an old British single today, couldn't quite make out what it was but the smell brought back memories, it was running on Castrol "R" . Put a smile on my face

Must have been something sporty, plodders ran straight mineral oil.
we used ordinary engine oil but u could buy caster oil in small bottles and put a bit in the petrol everyone thought u were running castrol RFollowing an old British single today, couldn't quite make out what it was but the smell brought back memories, it was running on Castrol "R" .
