Might be a Cincinatti - are the holes in the plate all the way through or does it have a different set on the front and back of the plate? Cincinattis had that clever arrangement where 1 plate can be used with a different set of holes by just flipping it around.

Don’t know where I’ve picked up the word indexer. Dividing head is what I meant. Brain fart
