Moore and Wright are still good quality for the price but that will be pre bowers group I'd imagine so should be peachy.

@Brad, keep your eye on eBay sometimes you can get a whole set in a nice wooden box, I'd love a mitutoyo full set.

We used to live in Handsworth, Sheffield.....we moved when they decided to build the new M&W factory close by....probably about 1958...its an Asda now

A mate of mine may be able to help you. I’ll contact him & see what he’s got left & pm you. He had a engineering company he closed when he retired & the micrometers were left.
