Ordered some computer bits including a hard disk. They arrived after a few days. The hard disk had no packaging protection, I asked and got a replacement, it took a while, many many phone calls, their customer service is a joke. The replacement was packaged worse, and did not work. I sent it back for a refund, can not trust them any more.
Was bought by paypal. I have opened a case.
They are now telling me that it works and looks like they will make a refund difficult
It did not work and I have photo evidence of it not working.
What else can I do? I do not want to get arrested, but I now feel like visiting the company directors registered address and making my viewpoint known.

You do wonders how some of these companies stay in business. We order exhaust crush sealing rings among other engine parts from a particular company. They always put the rings in a bag in the bottom of the box and load all the heavy stuff on top. Every time at least 30% of the rings are crushed and unusable. We photograph the packaging, ask for credit and they send new ones out with our next order. Guess what. Yep, all the heavy stuff on top of the rings and even more damaged. They blame the packing dept but I blame them because I constantly point it out.
