For some reason it’s taken two weeks then it’s saying return to sender requested even though no one hasI had a real struggle with them with an item before Christmas. I think online chat/email was the only option and it was very painful. Item was lost and they wouldn't do a thing about it.
LOL.............Ive used Hermes for years..............not anymore. I'm currently 2 months into an endless trail of messages, and online chat, claim forms trying to get compensation on a package they chose to "destroy"........yep I kid you not. They have the option to destroy your item, no if's no buts, no evidence to prove they have.
MCO online for me, next step. They've had enough time.........even with the current situation which every p##s poor supplier is now falling back on....best of luck!
If i can afford to loose it I use couriers , if its important or valuable then it has to be royal mail , tracked and signed for.I never use any couriers ,they're cheap for a reason.
I'd rather pay a little more using Royal mail tracking and signed for.
