Can anyone identify what this type of fencing is called? (Pic)

I have seen some fencing type structure fastened to a wall. I am particularly interested in what this type is called, because I have several uses lined up.

From about 50 meters away there appears to be no gaps between the horizontal pieces. My photo that was taken from a distance on the phone's zoom setting has then been enlarged later-thus revealing gaps.

The panels look quite robust.
Anyone know the name of these panels?

I supose the main thing is knowing what to get in respect of the right kind of timber, that has had the right treatment.

Did you you mean the shaped and treated pieces are available 'off the shelf' specifically for this type of fencing?

@roblane65 is right - cedar is best but expensive, I did my last place in the UK using treated 2x1 roof battens

I wanted to put up a nice looking robust wooden fence and decided to use decking boards, which unlike prefabricated panels, could easily be made fit the exact shape of a wall configuration. The neighbours wanted the boards full height otherwise I would have followed the stepped elevation. Just pitching a possible idea here.

I've not yet seen the panels or the timber they are made from in person-only online. From the photos they do seem to be quite robust pieces, like 3x2 but are probably not in reality.

My purpose/use would be to cover some unsightly walled areas-one which is uneven.

Looking at the nice fence erected by arc tourist, he and his neighbour will have the opportunity to treat the fence periodically. When a fence panel is up against a wall, only one side is accessible of course.

Because of this, I think the pieces of timber would be best being a bit thicker in my case? I guess it's all about where they are being put, and degree of potential rot.

I have made panels like that out of roofing batter, nicely treated not quite as wide as the slats shown in your pic, from memory 50mm is the widest?

If all your wanting is to cover a wall any timber that is tanalized or preferably vac vac treated will be fine
usually 20year protection , counter baton the wall at 90 degrees to how you want slats then fix slats
i.e 75 x 30 mm fence rails as batons/ grounds 450-600mm centers ( depends on thickness of slats ) then fix slats a required centers
slats could be what u like ceder, decking, composite boards whatever you fancy really, do 45 degrees if you like.
