Any one remember this bike? I fell in love with the frame when I saw it in the bike magazines years ago.
I love to ride it and feel how the drive train works
We have learned to expect so much of him, was I the only one disappointed to learn it took both a 4 and 5mm Allen key to change the rear wheel? And some other size/type of fasteners visible. I had expected the whole bike to be servicable with one Allen key to meet his usual standards!
Looks beautiful.
I will always remember Josh bender and his twin shocked big drop bikes (absolute butter he was) the 2 martin and Martyn. Doing the trials, steve peat running gt on the downhill circuit.
Was the times of some interesting and wonderful ideas.
Was the influence of my coyote dh2 and specialised big hit and the reason I still have a knackered right shoulder
did you ever see what happened to poor old Martin Ashton? I had blue forks on my my DMR frame and thought I was great when I was 14.... I wasn’t![]()
He is a very clever bloke, and so unassuming with it.
@Ruffian. I’ve met Josh Bender, the lawill frame ran two Risse Racing Dampers and a pair of 6" Risse Forks at the front.
The rear was a mix of coil and air damped
Was also an bmx rider who suffered a spinal injury from a few years back the name evades me at the moment but was one of the top British riders in the x games etc.
Yea I did, but the boy hasn't given up completely. He did Whistler on a tandem with video on youtube.

Yea and the boy wasnt afraid to use it to the limits and very often above it.
The big big drops in america were immense and realistically started the red bull rampage .
