welded an old tent pole to my bushman its great for cuttin sookers growing at ground level and trimming branches out of reach overhead , just tack more tubing on
of course the usual safety headgear is

worth wearing if you value your napper

its proving to be very handy

Think I have a proper brashing saw blade in my shed somewhere. I’ll have a look tomorrow, it would let you into tighter spots. If I find it you can have it for mk2!

I now have a silky pole saw, think it extends to 16ft. The blade is really sharp still and it’s been used and abused

Having been a climber for a while everything seems second best i suppose.

My old man did that using my 3 tier alloy extending CB radio pole and cut down a big flowering cherry tree in our garden bit by bit. Every day I came home there was more light in the living room!

i find it realy handy when i get a wee bit cautious with the chainsaw ,at least you can hear the branch away to snap
