Disclaimers ain't no real use as regards court.. You can't sign away your rights or transfer responsibility for your actions under our legal systemI know where you are coming from. The main hull of the ship is fairly straightforward, it's just the stern and bow that are going to need "specialist" fabrication . I can't go into too much detail, but the whole thing is ruddy massive . The client wants it to be a fully working prop but achieving this in the short build time is going to be quite a feat ( I don't do impossible , but near impossible is blooming expensive ££££).
I can get it built for them , but it will have a MASSIVE disclaimer on it unless they bring in a marine engineer to look at it. The infrastructure just to get it on the water a massive engineering feat in its own right.![]()
