I have a 3 axis Haas mini mill - let me know what you need doing? I don't run a shop just in my garage and make things over weekends.

This is part of a much bigger build and I understand that it's going to cost. It's beyond my capabilities and to get it right CNC seems the only way forward.
With regard hardening @Johnnybravo if it was EN24 then case hardening of the bearing ends may be an option

Economies of scale.
A part like that will be at least 3 or 4 machining setups and at least 3 custom mounting/clamping setups (probably machined soft jaws).
That is all the work needed to machine ten thousand parts, done up front and then you are only buying two.
Because of this you have to pay for all the setup work along with the actual machining time rather than a per part cost.
This could be a day of time split between the CAD/Cam guy, the machine operator and the machine time itself (which will not be optimised).
Plus the cost of not only the materials but also the material used in the clamping fixtures.

If I were you i'd forgo the detailing / weight saving on the part and just have it manually machined.
One setup in any old lathe to machine it as a cylindrical part with two tapers and the bearing surfaces roughed in, another three ops in a manual mill to skim the center flat and parallel and then bored to size.
Heat treat and finish bearing journals on the lathe again.
Not such a pretty part but just as functional, doesn't need to tie up a very expensive 3 axis VMC and CADCAM guy and small manual shops are happy doing one off pieces.

If you can't find someone suitable to do this for you, if I were you, I'd consider approaching machinists / makers who use YouTube content as a significant portion of their income, they may be glad of an opportunity to create a project, demonstrate their skills and equipment, be willing to help, etc, etc... failing that, they may know a hobbyists would could do this for you.
That would make a brilliant Sunday night special or 2 or 3 for @doubleboost .

The point is YouTube operators tend not to charge as they are grateful for the content to keep viewers and subscribers happy.
