SIP help for newbie

Hi NEWBY WARNING

Just started learning to weld with a small SIP MIG welder using gas but unfotunatly ive got no instructions, Looking at the SIP welders they say auto wire speed with manual overide. Problem is im not sure how the auto wire speed is used, It has a knob which is for i presume wire speed and maybe? when on its lowest setting is auto wire speed?

The other 2 buttons are marked,

Max and MIN - Power?
1 + 2 - Matal thicknes maybe?

First day of practising didnt go too bad, aiming to weld up my 67 mk1 mini

Sounds like the model I,ve got, with the knob turned to minimum the speed is far to slow I,ve found, Its just question of trial and error and practice,and it depends what your welding of course.

Malcolm thank you for posting that Manual it helped me tremendously! I got my MIGMATE DUAL to give me a decent little weld! I am happy!!! my project is to weld on bicycle frames adding a 50cc motor to a trike,, looks like it gonna work out just fine!!!!! I was having doudts about my purchase but now it looks very promising!!!!!
