An option I guess...its Always ££££ rather than 10's lol. I will have to start saving up. I had thought of trying to go that route...but was not aware I would need a HDMI modulator. In fact I don't know what one is. Lol.
I thought I might be able to distribute via coax but was not sure how to get HDMI out. I just grabbed a 5 way HDMI but it's only really a switch 1 into 5.
I also have 3 sets of HDMI to CAT6 converters to try. Not used them yet though.
Need to solve WiFi issue first. It's a right pain.
The HDMI Modulator allows you to turn an HDMI output into a Freeview HD signal that looks like any other to your TV. So if you for instance, plug a Blu-Ray play into the modulator and set a Logical Channel Number of 799 for example (needs to be a channel number not in the Freeview list), then if you scan the TV, channel 799 appears in the list and will be the Blu-Ray player.
