The simple answer is no.
You need a fresh air fed mask, from filtered compressed air.
Basically there are no filters that will allow spraying 2k without air fed.
no, your air needs to come from somewhere uncontaminated

Exactly! 2k acrylic paint has a component in it which is a derivative of cyanide.
No it doesn't, it contains isocyanates. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Isocyanate

What's the rules on spraying normal paint inside spray booths? I've noticed that just a twin filter respirator is used on a few of the American custom car shows on TV, surely that can't be right? I'm guessing that the H&S rules are probably different here in the UK anyway??
Optrel do a P3 filter for their battery powered system and on the newer X version you can stack in a A1B1E1 gas filter as well.
Many many filters are available. None of them afford any protection against isocyanates
It really is nasty ****.
I know of a guy that nearly killed himself, he had apparently the correct mask was found by his wife collapsed.
Its not just breathing it, it also leeches through the dermis Or so im told!
Any truth in that parm?
That’s correct, huge exposure potential through dermal contact.
This gets on my goat as it’s one of the biggest things I see wrong. It’s also the top 3 causes of occupational asthma.
It’s been discussed so many times on here it’s getting boring now.
Perhaps I should have a word with the mods and create a sticky
Ps reason filters are not recommended is isocyanates have no taste or smell. There no way to tell if any breakthrough has occurred.
