usb power bank

i'm after a USB power bank...

needs to output 2.1a usb - or more, and take REMOVEABLE 18650 rechargeable batteries (ideally 4of), which i can recharge with my nitecore charger - although a built in usb charger would be nice.

has anyone *used* one - that was actually any good/safe?

I've had one about four years Got it off flea Bay. Empty case just add 18650's two outputs 2.1A and 1.0A its even got a small led torch built in.
Took a few weeks to get delivered but it's been dead useful. Especially as it cost only a few pounds.

Forgot to add you will need a USB to micro USB lead to charge it.

2a nitecore is probably >2.1a chinese any way.

Slow charge but does the batteries good to have a decent charge once in a while.
