That's a good point, what other choice is there. The Sealey and clones are all that seems freely available.

I put schrader valves in comp tester.
I cut the crap off a valve from a car wheel, your left with a little brass tube that is threaded for a schrader valve.
Glue the little brass tube into the line, screw a schrader valve in and away you go.

All the compression testers I’ve used have had a valve in from new.

the one I bought did,ebay cheapy, only thing was the release button wouldnt release the air, so needle stayed at what ever the reading was on first test.
