Missus has found this in the attic. Used to love them when they came out, and theres some shots of the prototype on the test track which we urbexed last year, before its demolished for yet more brick boxes. I wonder how much it would be worth to a truck geek

There used to be two ex-Blue Circle roadtrains at college for us apprentices to work on.

They had us remove a rear spring one day, just for something to do. I think we spent longer chipping cement off, than we did removing and refitting the spring.
I'm just glad such size of springs have been replaced with air bags, as getting a hundred kilo of spring up on an axle with a body in the way, is not something I'd ever want to do.

I always wanted a cummins big cam 14litre road train but by the time I was old enough to get my hgv they had all gone for export or power packed.
I had a rolls royce eagle leyland contractor with the spicer crash box
