Hi, I have a SIP Handymig (90A) and I'm having trouble with wire feed problems. I'm not sure whether it's me or the welder that's at fault
I can't weld more than about half an inch before the arc stops and I can't start again until I've cut a ball off the end of the wire and reset the wire to about 8mm again.
It's really annoying but upping the current or adjusting the feed speed doesn't seem to help (especially when you don't know what you're doing
).
Am I right in thinking the speed must either be too slow, or the feed is maybe slipping and could be causing this problem?
Thanks,
Mark.
