An unsupported tab hanging off the side of a manifold with one bolt is doomed to fail, if the bolt held up the tab will probably fatigue/crack . Cant believe anyone would pass that off in a race prep shop

It’s the throttle cable rest and has been there since the 50’s

The lash up on these cars is shocking one car flex’s 3” and is still campaigned
