I use mine to remove extinguisher heads, oil filters and in one case the strut on a suspension fitting so the top nut could be undone.

I think it's number 15 or 16. (Including the die grinders.)
It was retail therapy in a vain attempt to distract me from the collapse of my personal life. Oh well, it was worth a shot and it was £60 off.

Nothing wrong with hand grinding @stuvy except my peepers struggle a bit on the smaller sizes, not ready for bins yet but probably not far away.

Cheat Bob … take a 1.5 mm twist drill with you next time you got to a big Tesco , Asda with a chemist kiosk & racks of cheap specs and try a pair of cheapie specs to look at the drill tip . I had several pairs over a period of nearly 10 years ( handy for tying on sea fishing stuff too ) before I had to have proper reading glasses, computer glasses & day/ driving glasses . Even now I still have a couple of pairs of cheapies for when I use my metal lathe or angle grinder & goggles .

Day off after doing some electrical updates this week so off to Aldi with wife. She's so slow looking at veg etc, .. for gods sake.

These German discounters have ALMOST got it perfect, Er indoors can inspect all the veggies and bread etc while us blokey types can examine the tools. As we tend to just impulse buy with little examination there should be a seating area with waiter service providing cold alcoholic beverages

The straps on the ones we used in HMF for loosening the new throwaway filter can oil filters back in the 1960's & early 70's were canvas webbing straps . Then one day we got a 3/4 x 2 " hex bar thing with a hole drilled in the end and a rivetted cycle type chain going through hole so we could do the filters on mini's a bit easier .
