I have an ESAB Air fed mask that the battery pack doesn’t hold charge well on, so I have ordered a spare on the bay of thieves.
However, I thought I’d have s look inside the old one and managed to pry it open without damage. Which presented me with 10no 1.2v 2500mAh batteries which I could replace hopefully.
I assume they’re high discharge, as per the picture.
Is it possible to replace these with L-Ion units, or are they not safe to solder together?
Also looking for a stockist, of either NiMH or L-Ion?
