Downloading a hi res image from vista print?

I've been using Vistaprint for some stuff and I'd like my online invoices to match

They have so far thwarted my attempts, right clicking does nothing and even the ones from the website builder are just very low resolution so look naff on an A4 invoice

Any computery people know how to get them? they are on the site but I need one on my laptop

Use a snipping tool to capture the image, like this

A snipping tool will only return the screen resolution.

In the past I have used my browser to show the page source and searched for links to images (usually .jpg) and right click on them until the one I want is displayed in a new tab. From there right-click and "save as" will download the image.

Does nothing, they dont want us doing that. I will try the other stuff above

Have you googled it? If it's a common enough problem there may well be a Chrome/Firefox extension that does it for you.

Right click is disabled on any of the decent sized images, I think it's all running javascript

View the source code. Look for the image URL.

Or...

Look through your local cache.

If the jpg in the source is what you after, if they have disabled right clicking so you can't copy url.
Have a look at "view page info", if it's available. Or use the developers tools.
Ebay and gumtree reduce the size of the images, they ask for large images then display them smaller.
I often have to get the url to have a look at the full sized image.

You need to use chrome or Firefox, go to developer tools then view source or view images.

In Firefox, right click on page and select View Page Info. A media tab shows the images as a list, with the option to view and save them at the resolution supplied to the browser, which is usually higher than the resolution of the resulting image as viewed in the browser's rendering of the image.

Why not grab whatever res image you can and shove it in Photoshop to touch up.

I can only seem to get a small one, it looks ok on screen but I've now got a client area for customers paying invoices and it looks horrible and stretched on that

It's not much better on A4 invoices either

I would screenshot an invoice but I'm not confident of blanking out the details

That should be simple enough thing to draw.
open it in a vector program, inkscape or illustrator, and draw on a layer above it.
Once you have created a vector you can resize it and it's always smooth.

stick: flame logo vector into google images, you may find a ready made one that
looks good..

The Firefox View Page Info option allows a 640 x 440 pixel image of the business card to be downloaded. Is that sufficient? There is also software around which can enlarge the image "intelligently" smoothing out the jagged edges. Can't think of the name of the one I've used in the past, but remember it worked reasonably well.
