Hi, Snowcat. I've been in hospital with ulcerative colitis (bleeding and very ill) feeling much better but not quite 100%, lost a lot of strength and almost 2 stone (not a weight loss program I would recommend).The up the chuff-a-scope is not much fun ether. Good to be home I'm just about caching up with every thing (including work) and have a bit of time to get on the computer.

was so knackerd by UC the other year i had 8 pints pumped back into me lot better now hope you are too
