The "Human shape object" in the office did not act on the report from January on the defects with the cooling system.

This is the same employee who thought Northampton was just up the road from Southampton.

More Milwaukee M18 cordless tools. The initial purchase of 1/2” torque gun and drill has ballooned to include:
Oscillating multitool - never had one before, wish I’d bought one years ago
Circular saw - no kick, much lighter and quieter than the corded one I had but cuts much quicker too.
115mm angle grinder - portability is the main bonus but again lighter, no kick and easier to use without the cord especially under the car.
M12 torque driver - surprisingly powerful for something that fits in the palm of your hand, battery life is good too for a 2ah.
Today DPD man has just delivered a M18 torque driver, which I look forward to using this weekend helping my brother drive in some 10mm Thunderbolts.
I’m totally converted to cordless now, grab a tool, stick a battery on and away you go. I’m not noticing any lack of power over corded and very impressed with the M18 battery life. I had bought 2x 5ah batteries and over a weekend swapping a battery between tools it lasted without need to recharge. With only an hour to recharge the battery it’s unlikely I’ll need any more batteries. All the tools are brushless with the exception of the multitool, which no doubt helps with the power and increased battery life.

I've had the same, told them the heater matrix was leaking, was told I don't need the heaters, its summer.
Van died in the M62 roadworks and caused mayhem, office not happy until I pointed out the phone call I had that morning

Lots of paint related stuff, including a new 1.8mm spray gun (LVLP), I have an iwata air brush and two cheapo spray guns, one I've had for 15 years and it's worked fine. So I've never bothered with the high end stuff, the 1.8mm I wanted for painting the 2k epoxy paint.
Also some new electrical switches and wiring, will begin rebuilding the electrical switches for the Deckel now. Think it will look cool if I can hook up the leds like I want to.

Today I acquired a mystery box.......can you guess from whom..........? 
In it was this - it brought back memories from 60[ish] years ago
, when I watched my father use one. No Fluke meters or Uni-Ts back in those days. 
Dad wasn't one to disseminate information about what he was doing, I suspect we were supposed to either a) be psychic or b) able to work it out for ourselves.....
And, if the Lego box wasn't clue enough........thanks to @The_Yellow_Ardvark

I was stuck in Kwick Fit today.

2 x DVD. Dr Strange and Deadpool 2. £7 for the pair, brand new and in a sensible charity shop.
Tow ball, not for me, but a friend. I am meant to be fitting a tow bar to his fiat.
Yes, another hand crank automatic hand drill.
Bean in the shop 8 years, so that means nowt moves.
Fun times ahead.

That towball looks very old, is it a 2" or a 50mm?, 50mm will have a flat top, a 2" wont be much use nowadays

You probably already know this, but I found that a tow ball needs to have at least 4" of clearance from the bumper for the stabilized hitches (like on modern caravans) to fit properly. I had to replace the bolt on ball hitch which looks identical to the one in your photo with an extended one, so I thought I'd mention it.

That was going to be my 2nd guess, the horse breeders seem to be centred in those 2 areas! I remember travelling with my father in Meath & his head was on a swivel as he spotted one lovely horse after another - he used to breed Connemara ponies & loves his horses!
