Anyone ever owned a Maserati BiTurbo?

No, I've never owned, but gave owning one some serious thought when they started getting down to banger money.
Yes, it would be a massive money pit if you don't source alternate parts, I've no doubt.

As Clarkson said on the grand tour or top gear ounce (i can remember which) if you are going to have an 80's/90's maserati it might as well be a bi turbo as they are all exactly them same over that period just with a different name badge thats all.

Looks alright, cept for the ding in the front wing and the wheels seemed to have been borrowed off the Transit.. Bit of a jetwash and buff up.
As for spares, I wonder how much has been borrowed off the Fiat lines, so could be cheaper, as long as you can find the matching bits.

I like your humour Likely the engine is one of the more tricky bits..even though made alongside the Ferrari donks. Not that it is a good idea, as owning one of those is not a cheap exercise, even if you are doing well. Cuz had a Daytona back in the days, Even then, pretty frightening costs on bits.

You might be surprised, back in the early 90's my boss bought a 328GTS, been stood a few years and needed some (lots!!) of TLC.

Ferrari prices were eye watering but found some suspension and steering components were from the Fiat part bins
