Who needs a dipstick or a sight-glass - all the time it's dripping out, there must be some in there

Back on topic - I've used the dry cement powder method reasonably successfully in the past, but that was on 'wet' oil rather than stuff that has been there for any length of time.

From experience i have found chlorine to be very good at moving most stains of floors, just spray it on let it sit a while maybe an hour and then just hose off, chlorine is usually sold in a 10% dilute so if you can get stronger it will be better.
