Had an issue with PP the other night and needed to contact them.
As is becoming the norm with big companies, it's all automated, no human interaction at all, just input or say numbers and answer prompts.
Got fed up in the end and thought there's got to be a way to actually speak to someone so I did a google search.
I found out that once you start getting asked to say what your call is about you say the words "get human", it then asks you to say what the nature of your call is about so you then say "agent".
A few seconds later I was chatting to a lovely lady and within a few hours I had an email saying it had all been resolved.
