Fibreglass ladders are non conductive when dry. This would seem a good reason to encourage their use for electrical work.I was led to believe that they are trying to phase out alloy ladders and replace them with glass fibre ladders on sites.
Can anyone confirm that?




there isn't hardly a day goes by when I don't need the power off when fault-finding . in 47 years I have never had a belt where the ladder has conducted me to earth
hundreds in other ways though
