No plasmas in the rest of the UK. So got a consolation prize...
I think lidl should have put a max 1 per customer on the plasma cutters
I picked up two at 8am in Tullamore
Decisions decisions...
I note with interest, the abbreviations for Ireland and Northern Ireland on the manual, whereas on other machinery manuals from Lidl, it says GB & IE.
Maybe but there is this shop on fb that buy everything from Aldi and lidl and sell it all for twice the price leaving people like me to do withoutNot good business practice, to them they're just boxes that sell and make profit, the sooner they can shift them makes room to display more products for sale
Home to Shane Lowry! That name triggered memories, I played golf there many years ago - beautiful course with a big imposing Clubhouse.
But, back to the plasma cutters.....
In other words, read the ******* manual Kev! Sorry, I literally got 2 minutes out there I jumped straight in, have used plasmas a lot for work in the past but surprisingly different. This is a section from the manual, on page 14
"The plasma itself conducts electrical current. The working circuit that allows the arc to occur remains as long as current is supplied to
the electrode and the plasma remains in contact with the metal to be processed."
