Favourite You Tube and why?

Whenever I'm in the US I marvel at the quality of their concrete work compared ours, seems their ground workers are appreciated much more than ours!

When i lived there this was constantly in my thoughts too..the quality of each sectional slab was machine perfect very very rare to see nice concrete work in this country to the same standed

Over here a groundworker is classed as a Brickie with their brains kicked out and it shows.
There are good ones though.
I’ve had a couple of jobs ruined by them so I won’t use them anymore.
It’s a bit like our roads, generally bumpier after resurfacing!!

I love that video, its almost the quintessential English story of trying to get a speed record with £100 and a load of work(I know that owes more than a ton1)

I know its a biblical name, it just saddens me that a properly talented man who used that name to write under is dead and some burke unworthy of such a name is using it. But loads of people like his videos , its personal taste
