That itchy Ebay finger strikes again...

Hello folks,
I've been a lurker for a while, but thought I'd seek opinions about my latest piece of Ebay stupidity; now I need to work out how to hide it from the domestic authorities. It seems a reasonable price and I've located the manual on the makers webpage. What, if any, low cost options are there for equipping it with a tig torch and pedal? An OE pedal is a little pricey to say the least. I've been using MIG, stick and gas for work and leisure for 15 years on and off, but TIG has mostly passed me by due to cost of equipment.

Hi it aint mine got 273 pounds for the one i sold but it did have a bottle of argon full tig torch and regulator . do you wont to switch it on from the torch
or floor by foot

It would be from the torch initially as I suspect my pockets are not deep enough for a pedal this year, and the slope up/down should be enough to cope with all but the most ambitious welds. Just a road trip to grimsby to plan now...

for the benefit of future browsers after Ebay bin the listing, the welder is a Migatronic LTE 200 with HF starting, snared for a splendid 96 guineas.

May be worth hanging around on ebay a bit longer. Things tend to turn up after you've paid out elsewhere.

I discovered when I went to collect that the chap I bought this from has another of these which is also for sale; pm me and I'll pass on details.

you can get a parweld ergotig torch that will work with that. they do one with amp control on the torch rather than get a pedal. i believe they are £120 with the amp wheel or £60 with out the amp wheel but with a normal switch. either way i would say they are pretty much the nicest and easiest to use torches on the market.
