It basically gives you something to search for, a lot of lenses on ebay are just (overpriced) film camera kit lenses

Cash converter type places often don't know what a lens is so you can get a bargain

I bought a flash for £5 and once I'd paid one of the staff smugly told me it was a film camera flash only, I replied that i knew and I had the camera it was for (EOS 3) and I would have happily paid £50 as it gave me full TTL metering and manual options

I’ve been through my lens collection and I don’t actually have an 18-55 ef or efs mount, I have one for an eos m though

The camera landed yesterday, it seems well built for the money, not had a proper play yet but will try today

Batteries and charger look borderline lethal, however one factor with this camera is that is uses a fairly standard battery so a replacement set and charger is on its way
