Sick of my cutting oil pot leaving a ring of oil on the lathe from the drips so I converted an old oil can to a dripless pot.
Cut the top off

Why not just use the oil can as is instead of fannying around with a brush & oil pot?

Shouldn't take long to throw a few of these together.

Plus when parting off etc its good to use a brush.
A good option is a squeeze bottle with a long nozzle then you can drop oil right in the groove when parting.
I got some of these off Ebay, I'll look for the link later. Really handy around the shop, this ones full of acetone.

This is the bottle of acid that comes with a bike battery with the top cut off a dipetane bottle glued into it.

Thos tattooist wash bottles are ok but when its warm the gas expansion pushes the contents out which always be soemwhere that you didn't want it.
Search eBay for tattooists bottles, perfect for the job .
