I use sjpcb from AliExpress, very cheap, good quality.

Full PCB design is required, use a PCB design package to do that then send the output files to the PCB house

Are any of those boards soldered? Is the top board Vero board?

Top one is Veroboard. Centre is breadboard with a few commercial modles scattered about. Lower is a commercial prototyping board with integral breadboard.
