Painting a Porta-Cabin.

I need to find a paint what is suitable to paint this baby.

The colour will be decided when we know what paint we can use.
The finish is a Vinyl coat onto Ally sheets.

Can any one make a suggestion what is suitable for hand painting, does not need over the top H&S consideration.

But be decent in price?

For the cabins where I work, I use either goosewing grey or conifer green to comply with planning. The paint I use is pronto paints from BOC. It is available with primer mixed in and with various finishes. We use rollers but it can be sprayed with suitable equipment.
