Looks like it could be off a 1923 Napier-Bellows drovers carriage.

On the other hand, it might not. Stick a cheap clock movement in it and flog it on Etsy.

Im sorry I cant identify what vehicle its off but dont modify it or scrap it. Take it from me somebody somewhere will be looking for one to help along their restoration project. From the photos it looks infinitely restorable. If nobody comes up with a definitive identification put it on ebay & auction it. Word soon gets around about desirable spares & you may be taken aback by how much response you generate.

Its not an Austin 7 or a Morris Minor as they are three stud
This is a Minor wheel from my Trailer, nothing like, try a local wheel builder as it would be better to give it to them rather than throw it away, I cant find any spares for mine
