Glass Bead Blasting Stainless Steel In Essex?

Is there anyone in Essex or near Enfield that could bead blast 4 stainless steel assemblies for me?

I've tried with pickling paste and electro-chemical polishing, both work but they're too slow and struggling on areas that are particularly oxidized or scaled up.

Also the bead would need to be virgin or only used on stainless before as this is food industry stuff.

I will then clean the welds with the electro-polisher and passivate the whole assembly with nitric acid.

I know nothing about this but a local place that does for the wine industry uses a kinda bead blasting with water, not sure of the proper name........
they did a load of Bar-B Q stuff for me in St/st and it was sorta delicately etched finished.......really very smart......

uses water to propel the beads in stead of air. hardly any difference between the 2

Soda blasting. I’m trying to avoid that if possible as there are some risks regarding corrosion further down the line.

Not the heat exchangers are they

Yep the heat exchangers. I can buy the bead myself and blast them, but the cabinet hasn’t got gloves or Perspex at the minute which means trying to blast onto a tarpaulin to recycle the media.

A nice fun job. I blasted some bits in a dome tent last week to recycle the media.

That’s not a bad idea, they’re pretty cheap them small tents
