Well I think it depends on the market they are hoping to target. Lets be honest nobody is going to buy that if they care about looks. It would be purely for its utility purposes, a farmer using it between his fields, a small affordable fleet for an arborist company or small scale local delivery for a rural/farmer related purpose. With that in mind you could find a decent donor Disco for 1k (or even cheaper), then i imagine their kit would need to make it worth your while to go through the hassle of a DIY conversion. I wouldnt just be doing it because I love landys, its all about money at the end of the day when it comes to utility.
Id say I would consider it a decent price at between 1-2k if its just square tubing and sheet panels all pre-measured and cut. So you could have a utility vehicle up and going for 3k excluding your time. Any more than that and your average company would probably just go else where for a ready made commercial option with less hassle. What did you think it was worth yourself?
I might be off in my hopefull estimation by a grand or several
