Hydraulic ram repair northants

Hi all,

Can anyone reccomend or even undertake repairing the manual ram on my tilt bed car trailer?

It needs new seals and a lick of paint

Have a look on YouTube, changing the seals on a cylinder is pretty straightforward, assuming getting the piston rod out is easy.

If you're not interested in doing it yourself then see if you have a little machine shop local to you.

Pirtek usually sub contract ram rebuilds to a local hydraulics factor who refurbished rams.

I'd be inclined to search Yellow Pages for Hydraulic Factors/Remanufactured.
