Well, you could pay with a credit card (not a debit card) and get your money back if you don't get the goods.

But, if something looks 900% too good to be true, then it probably is.

Just checked and the site was setup 11 days ago and is registered to a Chinese address. I'm guessing that you'll either receive nothing or some poor quality knock offs

Full retail on that set is around £1200-00, I bought the same kit from a UK seller and paid around £800-00, As far as I know the 5year warranty applies to the USA, 3years in the uk, The really pain for me was having to register every single item on line, I had presumed that whole kit number would do. My set has a better charger, it takes six batteries at the same time and and charges one at a time in sequence until they are all charged,

It's not just the fact you won't get any tools, you will have supplied them with your full card details, they could have some serious fun with those before the alarm bells prompt some action.

More likely though for this to happen:

They advertise payment by card which makes them seem a tad more legitimate, when you try to pay you are contacted and informed their card payment is down for maintenance but not to worry and to ensure you don't miss such a great bargain they will let you pay by bank transfer or similar....bye bye money and no chance of getting it back.

I fell for an EBay scam a couple of years ago. Kemppi 200 amp MIG. Not rediculously cheap. But attractive enough. Got tracking info. This package went everywhere in the Hermes system. Couple of weeks later. Courier brought me an A5 letter. Inside were two pieces of blank card. Letter had been sent with a label for the correct welder weight and kept getting lost by Hermes automated system. Got a full refund from PayPal.
