I have a couple of projects in the pipeline.
They will both need speed control, and I was thinking of using a vfd + 3ph motors.
If I were to connect the motor to the vfd via a commando connector, could I just use 4pin blue connectors or is that only for a fixed frequency supply?
That way I can only need one vfd.
It's only for my own personal use, but I want to make it as compliant as I can.
The alternative is to hardwire both motors, and have some sort of switchover device?
I don't want to be able to run both machines at once.
