There's a guy at steering wheel next to it so it' possibly a digital tacho? I.e 100% means take a break?

That's the driver efficiency gauge.
Seriously.

64% is pretty good as well.
I managed to get it up to about 45.
Seems to drop 10% every time you use the brakes.

Seriously I think it's an indication of the fuel efficiency of the drivers driving, which when he brakes it reduces.

Takes in to account Acceleration, braking, coasting, cruise control, etc, etc.

Being an HGV driver I think they’re pointless! It’s all to do with how heavy you’re running, pallets of empty cans and you’ll get a good “score” due to running light, where as 28t of grain, and you’ll be limping most of the way to get anything half decent.

Or caged budgies. Drawback with those is, you have to stop every so often and bang on the sides of the wagon because they eventually get used to the motion and start to roost........ [sorry, but sometimes the old ones can be the best ]

No

Glider fuel is a good one to carry though, regularly get a smiley face (because you’re an excellent driver not..) put in your curtains!
