As per title, really. I hit on the idea that I could use the gas bottle BBQ under construction as a way of welding inside for small bits like the snout etc., perfectly catching the hot metal falling - like so
So, why not move up a step and use a (say) 19kg propane bottle cut in half [don't think I'd get a 47kg job in the car] for the same purpose. It could be stored outside and brought in if weather was too bad to weld outside. But, where do you guys get the metal grating you use on things like plasma tables etc? I've done a bit of searching both here and on Google and this is the kind of grille I had in mind. This example is way too big and expensive for all I'd need, but where to get similar small pieces. about 60cm x 40cm [bottle size dependent]?
