The make sounds a bit Chinese to me

Think it is an RCD and yes Chint is Chinese but they seem to be decent enough.

They are common enough, most wholesalers stock them, I've always thought the name a bit suspect though.....

very cheap make, we used then for a while until they started failing when being tested. (but i'm going back 10 Years)

there single phase boards are decent I fit loads till they put the price up now I fit british general . chint 3 phase boards were crap
