My Kemppi Marc has a similar looking Amphenol connector, won't be much good me plugging it in but they might be about the same product generation, might help with googling.

I'd go with a charge n start/weld control.

Some of the little Oxford Oil Cooled units had built in battery chargers as an optional extra,
Possibly/probably part of a military spec equipment...

Is that the one that needs a substation just to fire up the fan?
Let me know if you do ever get to run the thing as I’ll send it to you for some feedback on it. Even if you just use it in mma it would be nice to know if the amps can be adjusted and read on the dials.
