Hi, does anyone know where i can get a argon reg to co2 bottle adapter too? As the ones i have seen are £26 and thats how much a new regulater is at my welding supplies! ( they dont do the adapters though

Well there's a funny thing.
It's the kind of thing you find on eBay but a PM to Weldequip might get you somewhere.
Sure it wasn't the other way round Rtb? Got the CO2 regulators in stock (suitable for high pressure argon cylinders) + the adaptors to fit an Argon cylinder, but not the other way round...those CO2 cylinder adaptors to fit Argon regulators are ridiculously expensive so I've never stocked em.weldequip
