Glazed canopy supports

Job come in.
Large glazed canopy along face of a building. Profiled 15mm plate brackets bolt-fixed to exposed UB along length of building, 114 OD CHS runs through each profiling. Located at first floor level above a busy street
Toughened and laminated glass panels have a through fixing at the edge nearest the face of the building into the CHS.
Outer edge supported again by through fixings, then with tie bars back to a series of brackets bolted to the top of the UB. All fancy stuff. Got the prices from a crappy internet supplier cos i was in a rush to get a price in. Had a look back and these parts are rubbish.
Does anyone know a decent supplier of this sort of stuff. Will be 316L ss.
If i havnt explained that very well its cos its late, but i'll knock up a sketch later
Not really time to make the fixing mounts etc

Nah, Q railing don't do em - that who i was thinking - I even rang em to ask - there stuff is pricey, but nice to use, and a nice job.

We use a lot of wire rail things for a job we do, ill try and find out where they come from in the morning.

Brundle are always sending me flyers for their 'Pro Railing' stuff. I seem to think that includes bits for glass fixing but don't quote me on it.

Just had a look, maybe it wasnt Parkers then.

Brundles do the through panel fixings,
Perhaps tigged or threaded to an angle joint connector...

Normally i would agree and fab something up - but these are very heavy pieces of glass - suspended above the street. I dont think those connectors are designed to have load applied onto them in that direction.

I googled glass curtain wall fittings. There's also Mogg who manufacture just the sort of thing - but they're in the US.

Could be the best firm in the world at what they do, but one man like that can put you off ever using them.
