I got a 3/8ths bspt tap and die out earlier and put them down.
I have just spent the last hour looking for them...

I posted on here a while ago about the same thing, Changing the rollers on my EWM mig, Spend ages looking for one of them, Found it stuck on the magnet of the handlight i was using to look for it, Annoyed with my self for being so stupid, but over the moon that i found it,

Done that a few times, can't find the nut/bolt/etc you just put down and eventually find it stuck to the rear of the magnetic parts tray or the magnet on my work light!

Keys, last seen 2 weeks ago, house, garage, lockup and a few others, pretty sure I put them on the pillar drill in my garage (I think) but after ripping everything apart in the garage/house/cars I went out and bought new BS 5 lever locks and replaced the lot.

Still no sign of the keys tho

Always looking for my keys, they are all on one big bunch like a jailers. The upside is I cant go anywhere until I find them

have all my keys on a dog choker chain .they live with me so I never loose them

I'm forever putting stuff down and 20 mins later its unfindable.

I'm worst with my vape stick. (Ecig) put it down when I need both hands on any available surface. Found it in the fridge one.

I tied a 4ft length of fluorescent ribbon to my sons house key because he was always misplacing it.
Dead easy to spot now.
