having bought a cheapo dekton ratchet at autojumble for 3 quid I put it in tool box thinking it might come in handy .its been there 2 years without use the other day I needed it to undo a screw under a nightstore heater that was difficult to get to later on in the day I needed it again for another job just goes to show

I bought one of these at a car boot sale a few years back. Brilliant little tool. It takes standard reciprocating saw blades so you can use whatever tpi blade you want. The handle locks in a number of positions aswell.

I’ve got a similar one,use it when working on my firearms.

You'll thank me when you get it. The one i got was brand new in the packet but looked like it had been sitting in someone's garage for 10 years. Its fully cast aluminium and really well made. I have 2 air recip saws and 1 electric saw so I always have a good selection of blades for it. I've seen similar saws that use a specific to them blade which i think would ruin it.

Got one of these 1/4 hex bit adapters that fits a 13mm ratchet spanner. A life saver when you need to get into really tight spaces!

On the wire brush track, anyone know where you can get decent proper brass bristle brushes, not the brass coated steel ones? I'm running low, but last lot I ordered were just brass coated steel, so wary of trusting descriptions online.

I've got one of those. Handy things. Have one of the wooden handle padsaws too. Very handy when you need to hacksaw something but can't get in there with either a full size or a junior.

I've had various types of those over the years. Worth their weight in gold on occasion.

Your not supposed to use a full blade in 'em, it must of flapped about all over. Snap a blade and just have a couple of inches sticking out.

I have a die cast version I bought in Wollies over 50 years ago, it still comes in handy from time to time

One of the most useful & relativey cheap tool I have is a Sealey ratchet adapter. It’s an absolute godsend when working under the car on suspension parts with either my Britool breaker torque wrenches or a power bar, there’s always something in the way.
